Legends Golf & Country Club offers an 18-hole championship course that has become one of the most popular golf courses in central Florida. The course features dramatic elevation changes, which allow golfers to take in breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and citrus groves. Legends Golf & Country Club is known for its par-3 holes, but one of the most memorable holes is the par-4 fifth hole. The hole is a downhill dogleg left with an elevated tee that provides a spectacular view. Legends Golf & Country Club has a classic, moderately difficult layout that is difficult if approached too casually but also quite playable, even from the championship tees.

Very disappointed
Horrible fairways. They’ll want to talk all about the drought that Florida is experiencing but every single hole is almost more dirt and weeds than grass! Probably just about the worst conditions in central Florida. And I paid 90 bucks at 2:20. It wasn’t worth half of that.
Any of the staff just want to talk about how good the greens are but you still have to get to them. Maybe put some water down. Maybe venture out to any of the other courses in the area and ask them how they do it. Several courses are suffering from the dryness but not this bad. Especially not for $90. Tee boxes rough as well. Traps and greens not bad. That’s it.
Nice course bad condition
It appeared to be a nice course at one time but with lack of rain and care it was not worth the cost of the round.
Loved this course
The course was in great shape and the staff was super friendly. The wind was blowing hard that day and made our round more difficult.
Great layout, poor conditions
Fun course just wish it were in better shape... Played 2 days prior someplace else and it was in superb condition. Met a local that did day it was typical spring conditions. Rented new Callaway smokes for a pretty good price. Would play it again, just in better conditions
Needs some help
The starter said the course was in great shape, he lied a little, the greens were fantastic, but the fairways had very little grass, we played winter rules to roll the ball, some times to find grass it would be 30', the driving range is matts only which I hate.
Not worth the drive or the cost
It’s an hour outside Orlando - not worth $95. Wont go back again.
Never saw a ranger
The course is beautiful, very playable, and fun. Unfortunately the round was ruined by several foursomes playing a scramble from the tips. We had to wait at every tee box. The GPS showed us to be 50 minutes behind schedule, resulting in a nearly 5 hrs. round. I'm sure a worthy ranger would have corrected this injustice. Would love to play there again, hopefully with better results.
