Played here around five times over the last five years., exact dates uncertain. Course in such great condition, you're almost afraid to make divots and ruin the fairway's appearance! First class operation all the way around, start to finish.

Best caddie is "Chicago Dave," who actually produced a NAT SHERMAN cigar for me to enjoy-what a guy! Next best caddie (or maybe FIFTH best) is "Grumpy Carl," last name uncertain.

Can't say enough good things about the experience, always have hard time sleeping the night before my round!

The Ritz-Carlton brand confers a certain expectation on a place: that of high-end, perhaps somewhat corporate-style prestige. The golf facility associated with its Sarasota outpost fits perfectly within that brand.

An impressive clubhouse and characteristically gracious service gives way to a golf course built to make the player feel important: heavily secluded holes, broad sweeping features and a general "premium" feel. Impeccable conditioning is also part of the equation, as is a hefty price tag for non-members ($240).

Grounds are beautiful and course is in great shape. Practice area is great as well. Try the chili after the round even in warm weather it will make you happy.

Played this course today with my father and his friend. The conditions were fantastic. Greens were running 11 or 12. The pace was perfect. We played in 3.5 hours. We saw the beverage cart 1 time early during the first nine and then she was nowhere to be found. Never saw her the rest of the round. When I complained to the proshop, they could care less. $155 per player was very steep for this course when there are so many in the area just as nice for much less. We had a nice time on a great course with good pace, but I won't pay $155 per player again. Worth it to play once.

The Ritz-Members Club is one of the finest tracks I have ever played. Course conditions were absolutely perfect. Layout is great for golfers of all skill levels. Don't bite off more than you can chew though.. make sure you choose the right tees for your game. Good luck in the "Lion's Den" on 16, 17, 18! Get that T-Shirt!

Fast pace of play, wide fairways on a terrific Tom Fazio design -- doesn't get much better than this. Ritz-Carlton Sarasota guests are privy to an exclusive club experience, where tee sheets are open after early morning and you can fly around in 3 hours if you wish. Plus, there's one interesting hole after another, ending with the Lions Den. Make par or better to finish out and you win a free shirt from the golf shop. Good luck. Played this course 4 times in a week and it is in absolute fantastic shape. Great layout, fairways are manicured, bunkers awesome, amazing plants all over the course, entry and clubhouse. Practice facility is top notch.
Tee to Green an super Golf Course. A must play if you have a chance to do so.
Staff is very friendly and helpful, even at the gate they have the friendliest people!
