Good but too expensive.
The overall course was dry. Greens were good and average speed. Clubhouse sits on large hill so 1, 9, 10, and 18 have large elevation changes. The rest of the course is pretty flat but interesting.

So, this review is really only gonna be for a particular person. This is a "private: course and you need to live in the villages in order to play it but you can get on with a member which is how I ended up playing it. With that being said Im sure defenders of this course would say that I should be happy to just have played this course but my opinion is a valid one and may help someone decide in the future. My biggest problem was the cost to play. I get that they don't even need my money but do you REALY need to charge me almost 70 bucks to play a course that should be valued in the low 40's?? The course was not particularly outstanding. The greens were very bumpy and some of them had lots of green sand thrown on them. The fairways were VERY thin and in some cases you had to find grass to place your ball on. Traps and tee boxes were fine. I am thankful for my buddy to have invited me to play with him but I wish I knew what I was getting into because I would have said NO to the price vs the condition. With that said I will say that the people were very friendly, the course layout is nice and it has a nice mix of easy holes to challenging holes. The course itself is short (6200yds from the tips) but it was built for seniors so it wasn't a shock. It is truly set up for the residents who play the same course everyday and like the comfort of that. I would return if the price was better or the course was pristine but as it sits now I would prefer to be invited to a different course.
