With over 200 courses in Palm Beach County, architect John Sandford knew he would have to create something special to get attention. At Madison Green Country Club he did just that, creating a unique course that combines many of the best features from local courses, with a few surprises all its own.
Over a thousand palm trees line the course as do over 100 bunkers and 42 acres of shimmering lakes.
One very interesting aspect of the design is that not only does the course get longer as you move back in tees, but the shot angles also get increasingly challenging. This means that the good player not only has further to hit but must also place the ball more accurately on the fairway in order to set himself up for his next shot.
A young teen, his father, his mother and even his grandfather playing together from four different sets of tees will all experience a fair challenge for their respective games that still remains enjoyable!

Great layout
first time playing here. Course knowledge is definitely helpful. Great layout start to finish. Lots of water and sloping fairways. Even though it plays through a community it doesn't feel like it. It needs some TLC, and i understand that they are closing for a few months this summer for renovation. Ton of potential, play it if you get a chance.
Needs some TLC
The course was in pretty rough shape overall. The greens were the best part of the course and that is still not saying much. Heard they are redoing the course this summer so hopefully it is back to greatness soon!
Absolute pleasure
Definitely a course for novice and above. Friendly professional staff , a lot of water hazards if you love that challenge. Fast greens, look forward to playing a second time after getting baptized a few times with water hazards on my first go.
Good course but...
Course was in good shape. Great weather. But,
they need to do something about the electronics. The screen gives you the hole layout, BUT IT IS NOT A GPS AND DOESNOT GIVE YOU YOUR YARDAGES. INSTEAD, IT CONSTANTLY WARNS YOU THAT YOU'RE IN A WET AREA OR TOO CLOSE TO THE GREEN AND THAT YOU MUST DRIVE BACK TO THE CART PATH IN REVERSE. ANNOYING IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!!
Magnifique Madison Green
Very nice conditions, better than last year at the same period of the year.
The only complaint could be the floating range balls, many of these on my basket were …tired !!
Disappointed
Caution for Cond sand traps were basically mud. I understand it was rain the night before but there was no drainage fairways or parched and around the green was less than acceptable for chipping.
