Great course
Fantastic views all over the course, the first few holes overlook the ocean. I think third hole you could probably jump in the ocean and then continue your round. amazing grilled fish tacos as well. All around great price Visa golf now to play a Cabo course.
Not worth the money
We are reasonably good players (10-12 hdcp). It has been a few years since we had last played Cabo Real. While the course layout is pretty fun and interesting, the greens were painfully slow, the bunkers were inconsistent, and overall the course was nowhere close to being worth the ~$250 pp we paid to play. Club Campestre down the road was in much better shape and more fun for substantially less money.
Fair value for Cabos
Front nine with amazing views, back nine more strategic and targeting golf.
Good place to golf in Los cabos
Overall good qualité course.
Need grass improvement but the landscape is incredible. Hole near the beach is a must see and will play again or will recommend.
Great and challenging course layout!
Fun but difficult course to play. Course conditions were generally good but they are working on a new irrigation system so some work going on during golf and some fairways were torn up, but manageable.
A little tired.
I love this course layout. One of my favorites. However, of course, was not in the best condition, both fairways and greens. A little Ratty, lots of bare spots, etc.
We played for $150 per person. That’s reasonable for this course. Not sure I’d want to pay anymore.
Cabo Real is a tale of 2 nines.
The front nine is fairly wide open and well designed. Back 9 has some very difficult, poorly designed holes where you can lose balls very easily even if you hit a good shot. Greens were slow, but mostly consistent. Not too bad a course if you can get a a deal on it to play, but I would not recommend it if paying full price.
Great time in Cabo
Fairways and greens nearly perfect
Tenth fairway under construction some greens had small bad patch’s
Green speed about ten
Some pin positions on a steep slope on short holes
Broke 80
Beautiful views
