Par 3 course that's harder than expected

There are a lot of people who frequent the 18 hole Los Altos course who never seem to play the par-3 executive but I like playing it as a fun way to work on my short game and accuracy. The layout is very easy but the greens are incredibly small and can make for a lot or work on your short wedge shots. The pace of play is highly variable. A lot of older golfers and singles playing two or three balls are common enough to run into but few enough people are on the course at any one time that it's not like you spend a lot of time getting hung up waiting. In general you can get through this course in just under an hour as a pair and maybe an hour and a quarter as a foursome.
