Good course
Played 27 got stuck behind a group of 6 but was able to pass them twice no problems. Overall a very nice course with some very challenging bunkers and greens.
Campestre
This is the second time I’ve played this course within the last two months and of course is in beautiful condition. It’s a little challenging. A lot of bunkers everywhere was really good. Never really had to wait for anybody. Overall I’d recommend it.
Challenging Track
Sand traps everywhere and not a single level surface to be found. Beautiful course and in very good condition. Greens are undulating and fast.
Great layout, ok conditions
Nicklaus’ company did a nice job with the layout. The course has an interesting mix of elevation changes, dog legs, and visual obstacles that make it a challenging but playable course. There are also some good views even though the course is a mile or two inland. The fairways, greens, and tee boxes are in decent shape but very sandy and firm. The bunkers are horrible, filled entirely with hard gravel. This was our first time playing in Cabo, and the second course we played was much worse, so I definitely would not rule out Campestre when we return to Cabo.
Typical Nicklaus course
Good condition except for the bunkers they were hard pan and gravely.
Club Campestre
Course was in great shape. Greens were firm and fast.
Campestre
Course in good condition. Like playing here with the different elevations. Greens in good condition
Good resort course and affordable for Cabo!
Everything was good overall except the bunkers. They were full of rocks and not much in the way of sand. Greens were good and reasonably quick as well as consistent.
If the bunkers were better I’d give a 4.5 overall.
Good course, would play again
Love the turf! Course was in great condition with greens just about back to full speed…give em 2-3 weeks.
Great Course
Campestre is a great course, good layout and in great shape. Staff is very accommodating and friendly
My only frustration was being parred up with a couple of beginners who were nice and apologetic After a few holes I took off on my own ahead of them. I then caught up to a 3 some who were extremely slow and I had to wait on every shot. They went to each other’s ball and waited for them to hit (not playing ready golf) then constantly parked their carts in front of the green and took forever to putt.
The previous time I played there the pro actually let out two 5somes ??? And the marshal had to escort me through them.
As I said it’s a great course but they need to make sure folks know golf etiquette.
2 Thumbs up for Campestre
Loved the course. Great views. Excellent conditions. Great service/staff
