Great course, but no bunker shots allowed today!
It was the first time playing here, and we had a great time! I would definitely come back to play…

Great course, a little patchy considering it was a winter day.
A great challenge
Loved the course and the facilities. Definitely need to get there early and warm up. Rewards accuracy, and a green in regulation is the only way to make par.
Tons of deer poop everywhere and got very windy. My playing partner referred to it as a “haboob” (dust storm - winds near 50mph).
Bunkers were trash again!
Bunkers were in pretty good shape about two months ago and now they’re just trash again. Besides being hard and tight there were continuously footprints everywhere because I guess people don’t think you have to rake your bunkers after you hit out of them. Pace of play was absolutely horrendous, employees ride around in golf carts but nobody’s hurrying people up specially, when a group of four men are messing around and looking for golf balls in the weeds! This type of service would be acceptable at $30 a round public course. Employees were friendly as usual.
Rawls Course
Good price for a very good course. Staff was excellent and course was in very good shape. Will come back on future visits to Lubbock!
The Rawls Course
Got back after a couple of years without playing here. Outstanding course, was in great condition, greens were rolling very nicely. All staff were very friendly and professional, would be my club of choice if I end up moving here from Australia. Top notch golf here!
Rawls 1st time
The course was in good condition, and was challenging for an intermediate player. The layout was excellent.
Challenging but fair. I would play it again.
