Nice course Too many people
Course is in good acceptable condition. It was very busy for Sunday. I had to play the front 9 twice. L The two groups ahead of us were doing best ball and there was a sixsome. Pace was brutally slow. It’s a fun course if it’s not a 5 hour round.
Course needs work
Could be a nice course, however the fairways were mostly dirt and sand and very little grass
Ditches and animal holes all over the course. Last time we played we didn’t remember it being in such poor condition. The back nine was slightly better but not much better. We would never play this course again
Nice Greens
Lake Diamond has nice greens, but a little rough around the edges. Greens were very receptive, but a little slow trying to keep the rye grass alive. Number 10 is a quirky par 5. It’s really a three shot par 5 that requires a precise layup.
Nice course!
Very nice layout, Cours was oversewed and in nice shape.
The back nine is really nice!
Front nine rough back nine slow
The front nine was pretty rough conditions - very little to no grass on fairways. The back nine was much nicer.
Unfortunately, I am not sure if timing of us going out but the front nine was great pace - finished in just under 1.5hr (two of us). Back nine was backed up from start and took 3hrs for just the back nine.
Front nine rough and back nine was painfully slow
The front nine fairways were really rough condition, very little grass. The back nine was much nicer, however not sure if locals just play back nine as we zoomed around front nine in 1.5 hrs but back nine took 3 hours, was huge wait at every hole.
Lots of doglegs
This is a challenging course with a lot of doglegs, tight fairways and undulating greens. The fairways appear to be a fescue variety and are in decent condition for this time of year, Bunkers were of a good quality sand but some did not have rakes. Greens seemed to be quick and in good condition. Play was slow and there is no marshall so you are on your own. There is also no starter but that was not a problem. The course seemed to play longer than the yardage on this day and the wind was a factor. We enjoyed the scenery and playability of the back 9. The clubhouse is small and you can get the bare necessities and be sure to use the restrooms there as you will have a hard time finding them on the course. Overall it is a challenging and enjoyable course within a very nice community.
Great course for the price. Course was in pretty good shape, more grass than some other courses we have played . Greens were good, the back was definitely more challenging with some narrow fairways and water coming into play. Will definitely play again.
GREAT LAYOUT - EXCELLENT GREENS
Challenging layout - wonderful greens - all new golf carts and range balls. Move the ball in the fairway and enjoy the wonderful tree lined fairways on your way to those great greens.
JUST GO PLAY THERE!
Fun layout with some tough holes and absolutely great greens. Old clubhouse and parking lot but don't let that stop you from playing this course. It will test your best shots on many holes. Move the ball in the fairways and enjoy the best greens conditioned greens one could ask for. Get a good deal from Golf Now.
