Pleasantly Surprised
Got a low GN tee time. First time here. Played blue tees. The greens were very fast but true. Fairways were generous, with just a few water hazards that I found. Twice. Fairway lies were generally good, but some stretches didn't reward a good drive. Dry season. Several holes are very appealing, set on elevated tees. An overall very good value & experience.

greens were patchy, several fairways lacked grass, lots of weeds. Sand traps excellent. Very slow threesome in front of us, no ranger on course to speed them up. Caused us and several groups behind us to be backed up waiting.

Spoty Greens
This course gets high volume play, so some Fairways and Tee Boxes reflect that. Not bad enough to not return. The Greens rolled good, but some had some big patches of dirt.

Play Only If Price Discounted
Starter would not let us go out as a twosome since other twosome had same tee time, so we waited for them. Starter then put 2 twosomes behind us? Finished in 4 hours, although a couple balls rolled up to the greens while we were putting. Greens are fast and fringe is as fast/short. Fairways have typical Florida limited grass and balls will settle in the bare spots.
Not too excited to play there again.
