Beautiful and Challenging Course

A friend recommended this course knowing we wanted an experience different from the Florida courses we normally play, great choice. Greens held nicely and outs were challenging especially downhill. The entire staff was very friendly and made us feel welcomed and appreciated. Clubhouse restaurant staff was also great and the food was above average by all standards. I recommend the clubhouse club sandwich.

This course sucks

This course is an insane rip off. They switched management not too long ago and now spend no money at all on course maintenance. The tee boxes on literally every single hole is dry and full of dirt. The fairways are patchy. The greens are dead as everything and they just painted over it. Also the guys up front always suck. This dude charged us $45 for a 3:30 tee time knowing it only costs $35. Overall super, I mean really crappy place to waste your money. Go to Egwani, Centennial, WindRiver, anywhere but here.

Solar Eclipse Golf Day

This course is looking good. They have fixed all their cart paths. The greens and fairways are really starting to green up. It was a rainy cloudy afternoon, so the eclipse wasn’t too impressive. It just caused a twilight effect for a few minutes. Looking forward to playing again here soon.

Place is not worth it at all

Conditions are nowhere near worth the price. Egwani is way better than Avalon, go there instead. Even Island Point is better than this place. Terrible pace here as well.
