Worth the Drive
Deer Run constists of 3 9 hole layouts. This time we played Doe to Buck. Despite the recent spell of hot and dry weather, the course was in great condition. It has a fun, interesting and challenging layout without being frustrating.
Always enjoyable
This course has three nines, all of which are in excellent condition and have an interesting layout. Water comes in to play on all 3. The club house is new and modern. We drive from an hour away a couple of times a year to play this course.
Always in Good Condition
We play this course at least once a season and we have never been disappointed. The facilities are new, clean and modern and the course is always in good condition. It is a fun and interesting layout and is well cared for from tee to green.
A "must" play!!!!
As most southern Ontario courses have been inundated with rain, Deer Run has handled it better than most. Tee box to Green is in really nice condition - still some standing water along cart paths and in rough areas.
3 - 9 hole tracts are offered - The Buck, The Fawn and The Doe. My favorite 18 are The Buck and Fawn. There is a relatively short, par 4, dog-leg right hole that has to be one of the most difficult I've ever played. Play The Fawn and see if you agree.
