Maple Ridge Golf Club

About
Ongoing improvements over the past 40-plus years have helped contribute to Maple Ridge Golf Club's standing as one of London, Ontario's most popular golfing destinations. Renovations to the design, irrigation, and drainage have ensured that the course is in optimal shape. The layout incorporates a variety of trees, strategically positioning them in just the right areas. Maple Ridge Golf Club's greens are gently sloping and the player-friendly fairways are ample. The landscape is dotted with a number of small ponds that come into play on a few holes. The golf course is gentle enough for beginners but it is also a great value for more advanced players.

Good course
Second round here this season after not playing MR for a few years . Course in good shape with many trees removed , opening up the fairways nicely
Nice !
Had a good round of golf with friends at Maple Ridge last week. The course was in good condition . Considering it was a cool fall day , there were no problems with leaves on the fairway. Greens, though small, were in good shape . Will definitely play there more often next season .
Not worth 63 dollars with Cart
Burnt conditions, poor layout, this course should never cost more then $50 with cart especially on a weekday afternoon
Average Municipal Course
The fairways were sparse and the greens were shaggy. About what you would expect for March in Ontario. They have installed new drainage so the course is not as swampy as it used to get this time of year. I have played here often and the conditions will improve as the year progresses. If you`re looking for a round of golf on an average municipal course with average conditions then you won`t be disappointed.
Fairway well groomed and the greens were very fast
Cource is in great condition greens are fast and well groomed. Second cut is a little long
Greens are really fast. Fairways are nicely shaped.
Nice Outing
This course is an old established one with lots of mature trees. Hazards are limited to traps here and there; no water to speak of as a hazard. Back and forth layout on tree lined fairways. Second cut was a bit long and made it difficult to find the golf balls. The pace of play was excellent and we had no one in front or behind. The carts are electric and ours ran smoothly with no issues. Road noise is heard on many holes and, of course, it is located beside the airport with many planes taking off and landing. The course has its challenges and was not exactly a piece of cake to play. We enjoyed the round and will play it again at some time (if the price is better).
?????
Poor communication between Maple Ridge and Golf Now. Spoke to GN rep day before my golf booking and he confirmed that a cart was included with my reservation. Maple Ridge informed me my tee time not only didn't include a cart but they refused to sell me one. The girl in the proshop was rude and accused me of lying to her.
Only chose Maple Ridge to play as a last resort. Part of the blame, yes, goes to Golf Now but Maple Ridge refused to even try to accommodate my group. SAD!
Just OK
This course is not in terrible condition but one of the greens had bare patches and some of the fairways were patchy too. It's good value for the money. The greens that weren't damaged are in excellent shape.
