About
Located in a spectacular natural setting against the backdrop of the Niagara River whirlpool and gorge, this magnificent and challenging championship course was designed by the legendary golf architect Stanley Thompson. Owned and operated by The Niagara Parks Commission since 1951, Whirlpool is considered as one of the Top 100 Courses in Canada.
Directions: From Toronto: Approach Niagara Falls on the QEW. Just after crossing the St. Catharines Skyway, take the 405 exit towards the Queenston-Lewiston Bridge to the USA. Just before the bridge, take the last exit to the Niagara Parkway. Turn right off the ramp onto the Niagara Parkway. Whirlpool Golf Course is 4km down the road on the right hand side

Late day it was open still great!
Been wanting to play here for a longtime, it didn’t disappoint. Friendly staff, great layout. Greens had bee punched a week or two before; it’s November so not unexpected. Course was closing midday for the season Will make a point of playing there in peak season next year.
Greens had been severely cross-cut, as well as, aerated...
Better control of downed leaves would have also been appreciated...
Classic Niagara Gem
Whirlpool is a great track and and offered a challenge from any tee deck. Played late in the season greens were aerated and top dressed, but still in great shape
Awesome Golf course
I love Whirlpool course. The layout is great. The greens are in great shape. The only down side if this round is too many waters on the fare way due to a whole day raining.. otherwise everything is great as ai expected! Will return.
Beautiful course
I have driven by this course many times and I was always impresses by its immaculate condition and it did not disappoint. My cousins from California absolutely loved it.
My only complaint would be the loudness of the helicopters on the front nine that created a lot of noise pollution on an otherwise pristine day.
Pace of Play
The course was great, the condition was great. For some reason the pace of play was slow this time.
Course was great shape but to noisy to play with the helicopters taking off every few minutes will play again after tourist season is over

oldy and a goldie great course with well kept greens and overall excellant amenities .
The reason I wouldn’t recommend is because of the constant low flying helicopters which is super annoying. Seems to get worse all the time.
Not the fault of the course that’s for sure but had to give a reason so that’s why.
