The Hill at Blacksburg Municipal Golf Course

the employees are rude and the course is awful… this place absolutely sucks i don’t recommend this place at all. L

Called a head and inquired about the ability to play the course with a group of six. Scheduled and paid for 3 separate tee times to avoid holding up pace of play for the course. Showed up day of and was told playing with 6 couldn't happen, we obliged and played 4 and then 2 and held up the entire course for half of the front 9. We were holding up the course so much we decided to just play six and picked up our pace and got out of everyone's way. On the back 9 another staff member became argumentative and told us to stop playing with 6........ at this time we were the only 6 players on the course and kept our pace of play at a high level. Attitude and arrogance of the staff members was off putting, we understood the rules of the course but the lack of transparency and attitude when we paid good money and were the only ones of the course was ridiculous.

I go here if i need to work on things from time to time. Exellent 9 hole course for everyone
