Parkland Gem in the Rough
You may be in a rush to get to that next "name brand " course but you're going to miss out on this
Fine little gem hidden amongst the spectacular
backdrop of coastal mountains and century old cedars.
Truly a diamond in the rough. Get out and support the independent golf courses untarnished by big marketing shmooze.
You'll love this place. And the super friendly hosts that make it real!
Short but challenging
Bridal Falls is located right up against the mountains. There are a number of holes that are difficult enough to make one want to play better the next time. The setting is stunning and the course is in good shape for early in the season. With it only 30 minutes from Abbotsford, it is very accessible. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a a quick but challenging round of golf.
A walk in the park
A very peaceful early morning (7-30 tee-off) experience. Had the course to myself for an hour. Loved hearing and seeing the swallows- hardly see them anywhere in the cities. the course is nicely treed, plenty of sunlight too. the several small ponds very pretty, and the views , with towering steep mountain
on one side and the broad sweeping Fraser valley on the other side. The noise from the traffic on the highway, and the many hydro transmission lines in the valley, are the chief complaints.
Not for everyone
This is a short course for beginners. If your itching to play there are lots of other courses around the area, if you have some newbies with you or people who haven't played then it's a good play to bring them.
Course is in ok condition, maybe that play don't fix their divots which is painful to deal with as an avid golfer.
For what it is, it's respectable.
Challenging and moderate walking for exercise
I golfed with a friend and it was his first time, he really enjoyed the course, how nice the entire course looked with many flowers lining the path ways. This is a good short course for intermediate and higher skilled players to use their irons as you need to be proficient with irons. Overall a great course surrounded by great scenery....M....
Hidden Gem
Great affordable priced gem on the outskirts of Chilliwack. Great condition, good greens and good amount of distance between tee boxes to make it feel like 2 separate 9 hole courses
Great conditions
playing at the base of the hills; having to be thoughtful about shot selection; great service from staff = cannot be much better than that!
This course is good value.
Only 10 minutes from Chilliwack and is in good condition for this time of year. Staff friendly and helpful. Will play there again.
Beautiful 9 hole course!!
This is a beautiful 9 hole course, set in the scenic mountains. It offers a challenge for most levels of play. Will definitely play there again when we are in the area.
Very nice course.
Well maintained. Some challenging greens with some surprisingly long fairways for a small course. Played nine holes due to time available but it gave you a fairly good workout when walked.
I would say rather than hammer the ball, pay it shorter for a good second shot lay up on or near green
Ok so I found this great deal on Golfnow ... Bridal Falls is only 15 minutes from our house in Chilliwack. My wife has just recently taken up golf and is doing quite well for a beginner even showing me up on some shots. Very pleased with her progress in the last month ... if anything I am happy she is enjoying the game. We arrived at the clubhouse 45 minutes before Tee time and we were greeted by the owner. Overall it was a pleasant experience ... Two thumbs up!!!! We will be back hope anyone reading this will make a stop a Bridal Falls Golf it will be worth your while. Both Anja & Chris were Great and the food was reasonable and hit the spot with some nice cool drinks afterward. We enjoyed some nice chat with the hosts while watching the US Open & witness another victory by Rory Mac ... Well kept course and fair Greens !!!
Mountain Golf
Nicely kept course on side of the mountain is quite challenging due to up and own hill fairways with smaller green. I have walked this course a number of times before but we used a cart today due to 92F weather. The staff very nice and friendly.
Great little course, well maintained!
Loved the Course, very well maintained, with a few challenging holes. We did 18 holes, 2 rounds of 9.
Some may find a couple of the holes difficult to walk as the grade is pretty steep. We walked 18 and we are in our 70's, so most should have no problems.
We will definitely go again.
