Challenging, well kept course
Very nice rolling, challenging greens. Great mix of mature trees and hazards. First time golfing this course, I will be sure to return.
Crazy fast greens, very pretty area.
Fun and challenging course. We played the Oak and Maple 9's.
Great condition
Plenty of challenges to be had at this course.
True putting on the greens and good ball roll.
Rest of course is in fine condition. Pace of play was good. 4 sets of tee boxes.. greens and approach areas are protected with directional signage.ad border roping to maintain proper cart ediquit.
NICE 27
GREAT Course GREAT staff had the place to ourselves played 27 holes in 3 1/2 hrs, 41-39-38 from the blue tees,if i could just putt.
Golf with Family
We had six people in are party so we sent 3 and 3. We had a 79 and a 110 in our groups so we all kept up just fine. Cart staff as friendly and made sure to visit often. Pro shop staff was helpful as we needed to rent one set of clubs. Mowing crew was courteous when we were near. It was a great day and 4 of us returned on Sunday as well.
Awsome Time
To begin with let me say how awsome the course was and how great the staff was as we were 45 minutes late and they still honored the price. If you have a chance to play you should give them a shot, they have 27 holes and each and every one is awsome
Unnacrptable
I put together a group outing as family was in town for a family reunion. Set up 2 tee times (7/7:10 am) so 6 of us could play together. Upon arrival we were told that we had to play in 2 group due to the volume of people. Ok fair enough. As we start playing, we notice nobody is playing behind us. Turns out they had a cancellation, so we thought we ask to play another 9. Staff was incredibly rude and unwilling to allow us to play. After driving around the course there were 8 groups visible on 27 holes. It seems the local money takes precedent and runs the course. My whole group was really disappointed. Endless to say we won't be visiting this course ever again.
Perham Lakeside - Good Deal & Enjoyable Course
Perham Lakeside is a 27 hole course with a driving range and putting/chipping area for practice. They have very good rates through GolfNow, as well as some regular coupons from Perham local businesses. This time we played Pine/Maple for the first time. The course offers reasonable options from the various tee boxes, has a lot of trees and was a nice round.
We did have some slower players in front of us, but the pace was OK overall. We like all three courses, with Maple now the favorite. The new outside patio and upgraded restaurant makes for a nice after golf or dinner setting.
What's up GolfNow?
I've been a fan of your discount golf tee times for many years. I've played your typical Snowbird courses in Scottsdale, Palm Springs and the Orlando area and had a great time.
This particular day was unusual because this course is very familiar to me and I simply couldn't find a golf buddy to join me when I wanted to play. So......I went to you for a deal on a tee time. The listing showed an opening for "1" and I grabbed it.
I got to the course and asked if the other players had checked in yet, only to find that I was a "single" and not paired up with anyone.
I understand you're at the mercy of the club and the spots they want to fill, but I would like to know if I'm going to play a 3-4 ball practice round, which is what this became. Or, a nice round of golf with a few new faces.
Please consider letting us know what we're getting into when we see you're looking for "1" player to fill a team of "0" players.
Great day of golf!
E played Oak/Maple. The course is in excellent condition and the day could not have been better!
Lakeside Perham
Always a fun course to play!
Narrow Fairways and well maintained
For my skill level a very challenging course. Narrow fairways but extremely well maintained. I enjoy coming to this golf course even if I don't shoot my best score.
Early birdie gets the worm
Beautiful course in great condition. I had an early tee time and was nearly the only person on the course. Very enjoyable, relaxed pace of play with plenty of time to enjoy the scenery.
Trees galore
I played the Oak/Maple courses and found them to be quite enjoyable. On this day the course was very busy from the beginning. I got thrown in with two locals who were great to spend a few hours with. The club house and pro shop were very nice and well stocked. The staff was very good too.
The course plays very good. The trees can become very overwhelming at this course. You stay away from them, the course is not bad at all. After a while the course just looked the same because of the presence of the trees on each side of the fairways. There were a few dry spots but otherwise was very nice.
I think the course could use some more restrooms and drinking water coolers, GPS would be helpful too.
Hard greens
Greens were hard and didn't hold.
Food was great
No senior rate?
great course
I vacation here every year and I make sure that I golf at Perham Lakeside
