Excellent condition with fast and true greens. Nice mix of long and short par 4s. Excellent value for money and a nice lunch with excellent service. I would whole heartedly recommend.

Excellent course, the only thing was the lack of of signs for the next hole.

Amazing course and very pleasing on the eye.

Only issue is the course isn’t sign posted very well so getting slightly confused on hole location came up once or twice.

Course in great condition. Played as 1 ball for 14 holes. Stuck behind members comp...sadly they were a bit rubbish....typical overweight club golfers, played slow in 4 ball better ball format and were poor quality. Made for a very slow round and they were very deliberate about not lettng me play through. Would also add that pro shop person was pretty unfriendly. But worth noting I really like this course and the staff are normally great and members very polite and have perfect etiguette. Just had to be one of those days when the chumps were on the course!

I’ve played this course many times over the past 20yrs and it is as good condition as I can recall. One of our group hadn’t played it and was equally impressed. Staff in the pro shop and outside bar area were very friendly. Well worth a trip

My 1 star relates to an incident which occurred during a round. Played here on Tuesday 22nd September. My playing partner had an unfortunate incident where he drove his tee shot too close to players in front of us. They were at least 300 yards in front of us and it was the 'drive of a lifetime'. When we reached the green my playing partner walked over to apologise and a situation developed where a member of the golf club started shouting at us using terms like "ARE YOU MEMBERS' plus "I WILL ENSURE THAT YOU NEVER PLAY AT THIS CLUB AGAIN' plus other condescending terms. This member made his complaint about us at the 'Pro Shop' and we spoke to a member of their staff, who was calm and professional. Seeing us speaking to the member of staff the member came back over to re-escalate the situation, probably playing to the gallery of people enjoying the sunshine on the terrace. I have played this course a number of times and my playing partner was a member himself until he moved house. I have never had any issues with this club and can only say that in the cold light of day that this person was one of life's sad cases who wish to impose his perported superiority of being a member of the club on mere visitors. This is a great course to play but please do not make a mistake or be human as you will be shouted at !

Excellent course in great condition. Picturesque layout and great variety of holes. Excellent greens and tee boxes in great condition.

Played as a 4 ball on one of the available tee times as the course is usually members only.
Course is a good challenge and the several short par 4s are all memorable due to the risk reward of trying to hit the green in one.
The course was in great condition and the greens were very kept.

course layout and condition very good. staff told me i needed white socks with shorts i had grey so needs to be clearer. members fairly friendly, but bring your a game the course will show up faults.

Lovely course with a range of testing holes!

Tee boxes & greens were in fabulous condition as was the course overall!

Pro shop staff were very welcoming & professional would def recommend & will play again!

A very sunny day and a nice round of Golf hampered only by the speed of the 4 ball in front,which meant for our two ball it was a 4 hour round.

Really nice course which is in excellent condition. Friendly staff and all in all good value for money. Only disappointing thing was the clubhouse shut at 6 which seems to me to be strange for July.

Great course and good pace of play for just over 3 hours for a four ball. Never waited for a shot through out. just a shame the club house had closed by the time we came back in.
