10/10 Condition
A lot of time and money is spent keeping the course is spent on keeping the course in A1 condition. Greens and tee boxes are mint, fairways are trim with no burn and the rough is a challenge without being over the top.
The front 9 provides much more of a test than the back but it's still no slouch.
Only gripe:
The multiple rugby pitches on the back are a bit of a frustration while trying to play especially at the end of the match when they just cross the hole you are playing and you have to wait for 100+ individuals to saunter over the hole you are trying to drive. It does delay by 5-10mins which means you have groups right up your backside.

Played here a couple of times and the course is always in great condition,
Such a good deal for one of the best courses local to me.

The course was it great condition with the greens exceptional.
A challenging course
No water but plenty of bunkers. A very hot day didn't help.

Great course
Played the 18 hole Devonshire. A lovely open course. Very forgiving in places and tough in others. A great test for any golfer. Even though it was extremely windy, it was still a lovely course to play. It's been wet lately and the was no sign of bogginess. The Tee boxes were immaculate, fairways springy and greens were clean and fast. Will definitely be coming back.
