About
Cold Spring Country Club is situated halfway between Springfield and Worcester. Opened in 2010 in an effort to bring world class golf to western Massachusetts, the club has since garnered a local following. The par-71 layout is unique in that it has six par 3s and five par 5s. There are also some par 4s in the 450-yard range. The 6,521-yard length indicated on the scorecard can be deceiving since it feels much longer when you're playing it. The golf course has plenty of variety, including dogleg lefts, doglegs rights, short holes, and long holes. Thanks to its mountaintop locale, Cold Spring C.C. offers stunning views that are as diverse as the holes. The vistas from the elevated tees and greens stretch to the Berkshires, Connecticut, and Vermont. From the golf course's highest tee box on the par-3 10th, you'll have a panoramic view of central Massachusetts.

Good course
The course was in great shape and surprisingly not crowded. Tough up and down course with a lot of doglegs. Not easy for a beginner like me. Enjoyed it.
Hills and views, nice course.
This is a hilly course, providing great views and a challenging round of golf. I decided to walk, it is a long and uphill walk, but fun. The course is good, getting better with weather, plays long and challenges your shot making with uneven lies.
Golf course in great shape
Course was in great shape. Sand traps were actually sand, grass was good all around the course. Greens were firm but maintained well.
Took forever at the turn to get a beer and hot dog, two groups jumped ahead of us. Go for the golf not the bar.
One of my favorite local courses!

the coarse was great fast greens
the coarse was great and fast greens, the coarse it self was in great shape we had a great time and the staff were out there getting us started and let us know why there was a little delay do to early morning frost.
Course starter was rude
The course starter was rude, the course was in good shape but far to expensive for what it is, I would not go back to play again.
Outstanding Conditions
Absolutely a gem of a course. Great for all skill levels.
Great views, fun day for golf.
The course is in good shape, recovering well from aeration, most greens are a little bumpy for putting otherwise in good condition. Very busy day, they sent everyone out back to back, lots of waiting and no ranger to help. Perfect weather made this an enjoyable day for walking and golf. Warning, hilly terrain makes it a challenge to walk, especially on 9 and 18.
Good course
The course was in great shape. Layout is good pace of play was 4 hrs. Fairways & bunkers were well maintained and the greens were rolling true. I’ll be back. Only negative was when we to the restaurant the TV’s were off and no one came over to take our order so We went somewhere else to eat and spend our money
The food in restaurant was horrible and overpriced. The course was aerated last week.
Greens were just aerated. Looks like pegboard. No true putts for a couple weeks. Everything else was very nice.
