The Track Meydan Golf

Course was in good condition for a 9 hole course and good value for money. One thing to beware of is that in spite of the booking indicating that there was no more to pay at the course, we were charged a further 61 dirhams (about $18) before we could play. Just could do without having that kind of discussion prior to playing. Not sure if this had also happened to other players, but should really be advised of this prior to arrival.

It is a 9 hole course, which you play twice. A lot of water hazards, which makes it interesting. Bring you own drinking water, since the drinking water stations are still closed. It is a long buggy drive from reception area to the driving range and at times there are not enough buggies, especially if you get asked to wait for the second player in the buggy to arrive. This part is annoying, since you might want to come earlier for some practice.
But for 50 US$ I think you have to accept these small issues.

It’s a nice course. With range balls - 50 included. Course in good condition. Food cart on course. Will recommend for the value for money.

My reservation was supposedly ‘fully paid’ and showed ‘nothing to pay at course’.......how wrong could that be? On my arrival the girl in the pro shop asked me for 15ued ‘for VAT’. I showed her my reservation, told her I’d played 3 times earlier that week on other Dubai courses with no VAT added but she was adamant it had to be paid.

When I arrived at the driving range there we no balls by the mats. Asking around I was told you have to pay for them. Again it was the first time that week where these were not included......50ued for 50 balls.

Make sure you either drive there or have a taxi app as booking one from there was a complete farce.

Course is good, greens are excellent, shame about the above.

Fairways and greens are very well maintained. Course is not too difficult.

They required unexpected charge - VAT; 10% of total price

The staff are so friendly.
The condition of the course is fantastic!
