Keeps improving
Just a little more and it could be very good
Fun layout
Needs new carts and maybe artificial grass for tee boxes where the grass doesn’t grow
Greens are improving
Good place to let the big Dawg eat
Needs lots of maintenance!
Course in a bad shape, but price is right if you don’t mind the conditions.
NEVER AGAIN!!!
Course is trash 🗑️!!! When they say you get what you pay for this is what they mean. There is no such thing as a tee box. They picked a spot and put the white and blue tee markers together. Greens are full of sand and gravel which is how they fix the “greens “. Bunkers are hard as crap and full of gravel also. Trees laying everywhere, carts are on the last leg, pro shouldn’t even be a thing. City of Atlanta should be ashamed of this!!
Alfred Tup Homes Review
Best course in the city for the money. Not the best course overall , but for the price you’ll walk away more than satisfied. Bring everything with you(water/snacks, etc not much in the pro shop..
Good course for the money
The pace of play is always great. Holes 9 and 17 are fantastic and challenging.
Good Course for the money
Lots of hills. Friendly staff. Greens and bunkers are actually in good shape right now!
Still needs tons of work
Almost all the tee boxes except for 1 & 18 were sandboxes or just str8 weeds. Greens are dry af. The layout is decent, not bad for under $20 just to get the kinks out.
Course Needs Attention
This course needs attention in all areas. Tee boxes, fairways, cart parts, greens. There are many washed out areas. On hole number nine I stumbled on the cart path and twisted my ankle.. This course has become dangerous.
Shannon
I hope the city of Atlanta puts money into this course. It’s getting pretty run down. There’s no grass in the fairway or tee boxes. The cart part are buckled and dangerous where you step.
Always Love Playing Tup
We frequently play 18 at Alfred Tup Holmes. The staff is awesome: always friendly and on top of everything. The cart paths are badly in need of repair. That's the only reason to not give the course a 5-star rating.
TRUE HIDDEN GEM
Atlanta clearly is not golf central when it comes to prices lol. So many places I had to choose from because the prices were so within my range. After a few google searches and review readings, I came across this place. After reading the history and seeing the pictures I knew I had to play here. Very open course. First few holes looked a little outdated, but once I got to the rest of the course, I can say I was shocked to see how well it was taken care of, and the various challenges. Hole 9 and hole 17 are truly iconic and I've never played on any like them. Next time I get free time in ATL again, I'm for sure coming back.
Driving from hole to hole in places was terrible and need to be redone
