not worth the money
not worth driving to play, 15 dollars for gas, 5 dollars for toll, waste of time to play this course
course suck!
Many called this course "The Mud Hole".....Irrigation is one of the many problem this course have. For a very long time maintenance is the issue. There are workers that don't care if the course is in good or bad condition as long they are getting paid. All around this course grass are drying in a rapid way. The putting surface are half soil/dirt dried up. The only thing this course (according to seniors) is good for is the exercise, that benefits them and I am one of them. We all wish whoever the owner is, is to take care of this course.
Great Value
Excellent course for the price. If you are looking to work on your short game and have some fun for little cash this is the course to choose.
I've come here from time to time over the years
...and I want to like this course, I really do. It's located near a golfing buddy's home and we play there when we can't spare a whole day for golf. In that respect, it's good. But they've had trouble with leaks in their irrigation system (fixed, it seems), so it's been green in all the wrong places. The big problem is the greens. Some are okay; others, we use the two-putt rule because there are too many bad patches. It's a 3-par with one 4-par. I will be back there when I need to. And I hope they get their greens together. I'm rooting for them.
good value
nice to practice game, work on things, usually not crowded good value!
Beginners course, not maintained, soft/slow greens, grounds are extremely wet
Beginners course, not maintained, soft/slow greens, grounds are extremely wet. It was a fun time with family but never pay the full $14 to golf here. We got the $5 fire deal and it was a great value however you need to continue to tell your self, "you only paid $5" the entire time you are playing. Everything about the course needs serious maintenance attention. If you want to practice your irons for cheap then I would recommend this course, forget practicing putting as the greens are horrendous.
FYI - the regular 12oz beers are $5 each, bring your own!
For practice only!
Course is in poor shape: standing water in various spots, goose droppings abound, grassless tees, patchy greens, packed down and puddled bunkers. Good for quick mid and short iron workout only...book online.
poor condition, but price is right.
this 9 hole par 3 course is ok only because it is inexpensive. The condition is very poor as the ground is either hard as a rock or a swamp. Good place to work on iron play, but not to hope to score well due to poor condition.
This course needs some TLC
I definitely think that this course is worth the money. It may also need some TLC especially the greens.
Great course for the money
Very small course with one hole over 300 yards. Decently maintained and as a single can play 9 holes in just over an hour.
The big upside is the price. For about the cost of a mini golf game you can play 9 decent holes on this course and get plenty of chipping and short game in.
I highly recommend it for the intermittent players like myself who would like to play more but can't or don't want to pay over $30 an outing.
The course needs attention in some areas. Overall not a bad 9 hole course.
I brought a couple of my friends who are learning to play and they really enjoyed playing this course and looking forward to playing it again. Great price for a 9 hole course. The only complaint is that there are areas that are really wet and if you don't watch where you're walking, you feet will sink right through.
need new greens keepers crew
4 or 5 of the nine holes had standing water puddles, where they should not be ... in the fairways, in front of the greens and in the sand traps. Surely by 11:30 someone should have added sand or dirt to remove the water puddles in the traps. As for the fairway puddles, it seems to be an irrigation problem. It has not rained in awhile. puddles are there every week.
walk up and play right away
the staff is friendly and the access right off 80 was nice, able to play two 9 holes in about 2hrs.great course to work your iron play
Great for beginners
The course is a good place to take beginner. Also a good place if you want to work on your iron game. Most of the wholes are 3 par and straight shots. The course isn't maintained great, but is pretty cheap to play.
