The Links at Cobble Creek

We used COBBLE CREEK fro our one month stay. it is located close to great places. Staff at Cobble Creek was unfriendly and uncooperative. First day I found out that blender is broken. I called Madison in the office. Answer I got that okay we wont charge you for that. No replacement was offered. We bought our own blender. All our items and medications were going to mail box, and Madison did not help us to set up mail box. It took us two weeks to get our stuff back. Almost always we got negative response from Madison. She took many days to refund our deposit. I do not recommend renting property from Cobble Creek. Golf Course was average. Food wasn't good. I do not recommend stay or play here.

Cobble Creek has breathtaking views, challenging course, with great pace of play, friendly, helpful staff, and appealing home investment opportunities. We love it here!

This golf course community has it all. From family friendly people to beautiful views of the San Juans. Includes grounds team that are friendly with professional golf training support personnel, and many other amenities. This golf course is a hidden gem of all the goodness of life.

Cobble Creek is one of my all time favorite courses, offering a wide variety of skill challenges, pristine fairways and greens, loads of unique pin placements, all within view of the breathtaking backdrop of the San Juan Mountains. The environment is warm and friendly. had a hole in one. Ya Gotta Love It !

We had such a fantastic day playing golf to benefit "Bosom Buddies". The tournament was managed so efficiently. The course was in fantastic shape. The format was such fun. Love these people and love this course!

Course design extremely uninspired. Course condition usually quite good. Much of staff in pro shop are grumpy old men. Residents of subdivision act as if it it imposition to allow “outsiders” to play. Excellent practice facility. Go to Cobble to practice. Play one of the other two courses in town.

Designed by Craig Cherry, this beautiful links style golf course boasts the best of all golf Worlds. This course has a challenging design, offering 6,892 yards of pristinely maintained, fairways and greens with interesting undulations. Cobble Creek is appealing to both average and skilled golfers. This is a public course, owned solely by its members, who collectively wish every golfer to enjoy the optimum golf experience and who welcome visitors. Golfers may relax over a drink and great food in the courses lounge, The Tavern. Golf Villas are available for rent and there are other accommodations in Montrose, CO.

Wife and I played here while vacationing in the area. By far, conditions were the best of all the courses we played in th area. The superintendent here figured out a way to recover from the harsh winter better than others in the area. We enjoyed the track. Not much elevation change, but lots of twists and turns and use of water, sand, and rocks to make you think. Pace of play was OK considering we were following the Men’s Club. We have already booked another round before we leave.
