Staff is great.
For a relative beginner this is a great course and for practice. The place is lovely, staff is friendly. Always a great day out at the Links.
An Almost Perfect Little Gem
I will knock the negative out of the way immediately. My one and only gripe with this course is the greens fees. I took advantage of a GolfNow hot deal and paid $10 to walk 9. At that rate this course is a perfect 5 star for me. Realistically, I would be more than ok with spending up to $25 to walk the 9 here. But their normal rate of $40 for a non-resident is simply a bit too steep for a Par 3 for me. But your mileage may vary. The course itself was a great time even on a cold and wet weekday morning. The staff experience was great even though I only encountered the starter. He was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The layout of the course was great for beginners as it was not hard by default, but fair in punishing you for not playing well or smart. The course was well manicured and kept, and you can tell the greens keeper takes pride in their work. I went on a wet and cold morning post-overnight rain, and was impressed at how walkable the course was in terms of sogginess. The course itself was also very pretty. It might seem odd to say this, but it managed to feel minimalistic but intentional in terms of scenery. It felt very…modern? I’ll go with modern and sleek. The grille on premises serves as a source of night life and entertainment for the area and felt very much like hanging out at a winery or brewery from the fire pits, to the corn hole or drink truck, to the awesome food. Would be great to grab brunch here even if you had no intentions of golfing. All in all, this course seems to be unique in that it caters to the newer golfers born out of Covid in that it completely separates itself from traditional and leans in towards modernization of the game and scene surrounding the game. I really hope they continue to offer their GolfNow specials as I would like to make this a regular place to play but wouldn’t at a normal rate of $40 to walk 9.
Great par 3!
I played on the golf now deal so it was super cheap. But def will go back and try night golf. Walked all 9 in hour fifteen at lunch.
Fun night track
Best way to get your night golf fix in Westchester County. While it is a short par 3 course, it is still challenging. Lighting could be better on the teeboxes and around the course but overall a great night golf experience.
Pitch n putt
Good for beginners , offers no challenge to decent players. Every hole is pretty much the same , well kept , will not take more than 30 minutes to play 9 holes .
