Still winterISH
general conditions ok for time of season, yet greens still very hard and ball bounced 8-10 feet after several on high approach shots. Looking forward to better weather & as such softer greens here.
Great condition for early spring
Lush fairways and smooth, fast greens. Friendly, welcoming staff. Beautiful clubhouse. Can’t wait to return!
Enjoyable
I Have played here several times and each time it was a great experience. Course is older and traditional. Layout is challenging and can be tough for short hitters, but still very enjoyable. Course conditions were really good, well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We are planning on returning next week and expect the course to be as good.
Great course
I love this course, but when it is wet, it is really long. However, the condition of the course is wonderful! Great Job, grounds crew!
another nice day at Maple Dale!
third time playing, once in 2021 and 2023 and now 2025, every time very enjoyable.
friendly staff, nice bar, course in very good shape and doing some nice tree trimming.
we had quite a bit of rain and it had drained well and was thankfully not CPO. they have a great march/april deal so go check them out!! greens in good shape too.
called ahead for hot dog and guinness at the turn and it was ready and waiting...
Challenging, but fun!
Enjoyed this course a lot. Conditions likely get a lot tougher when the trees are in bloom making tee shot windows very small. Greens were very quick, and some pin placements were quite tricky. Leaving the ball below the hole is key. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was a busy day, but pace of play wasn’t bad at all. 18 holes took a little over 4 hours.

Course was in great shape and so much fun. Dale in the pro shop was amazing. Chris has a great setup and is awesome. What a fun time ... thanks
Great golf Day
Maple Dale was in great shape. With all are dry conditions for over a month, the fairways were nice and green and grassy. the greens were very smooth, true and FAST.
Stay onn Fairway
Generally course is nice, even had staff blowing leaves off up to 10 feet in rough. Nice!
Greens still very HARD even with an on high approach iron / wedge. Have yet to figure them out since I tried a couple bump& runs to get close to pin.

Beautiful course and Staff from course to Restaurant are amazing people. Maple Dale is a hidden Gem!

The greens were aerated so there's that, but all in all I love Maple Dale, the guy in the pro shop was cool.
grand old Lady
the bones of the course are very good. Yet the fairways were a bit ragged and under watered, w/ many bare patches. Greens recently aerated and partially recovered but still rolled true. Landed on 8 greens from on high and did not hold the surface. Deep ball mark and off the green. WOW
