Great golf course overall
One of the most descent golf clubs in portland area.
Golfnow, no contact
Since there is no way to contact Golfnow I’ll do it here. I made a reservation with Golfnow thinking I was getting a good deal. Got to the course to find out they had 18 TEMPORARY GREENS! No way to cancel the money I paid GOLFNOW. So I practiced hitting balls for 3 times the price I would have on the range. Hey Golfnow. How about a Real Contact Page where I can talk to someone when YOU waste my money?
Temporary Greens
I got to the fairway of the first hole and saw they had temporary greens. The member I was playing with said it’s temporary greens for the whole course. I booked through GolfNow, no notification there, I checked-in in the clubhouse, wasn’t notified. Wasn’t notified by the starter as well. I looked on their website after and there wasn’t anything about temporary greens. If I had known it was temporary greens, I would not have booked a tee time there. I almost feel like the course knew that would be the case so there was no notification and they can still make money. Complete waste of my time.
Only 9 holes on the 2 courses were open and they had temporary greens.Would like my money back or credit.
Greens rolled very well and the course was well taken care of.
Awesome Course
Really enjoyed.the round. Great layout and greens. Appreciated the varied holes and excellent course conditions. Highly recommend playing it if you want to have some fun!
Played through showers and wind
We were the first out after the course was closed for maintenance. It seemed players stay away due to forecasts of showers.. We did get wet but things had dried and warmed up by the time we got to the 18th green.
The greens were in good shape since the aeration was done a week earlier. With the lack of players around, the grounds crew were busy working on reseeding some of the fairways.
Reserve Vineyard is definitely working on getting into good shape during the cold and rainy seasons, which usually runs to next spring.
