Peak Condition
It has been a minute since I played Deer Park. I found the course to be in great shape. The late season round indicated to me that the staff has worked very hard all season. I will definitely return next season.

Tight greens, well maintained fairways, no ball washers though. I would definitely return.
Well maintained, beautiful course
We recently visited Starved Rock Lodge and brought our golf clubs. We were able to golf before our check in at Deer Park. This was our first time playing all 18 holes (we played 9 last summer). We loved the layout- fun and sometimes challenging. The staff in the club house were friendly and the course was well maintained. We will definitely golf again at Deer Park.

Good round of golf, but...
The course was in good shape with well maintained t-boxes, greens and fairways. Our first time to play this course and a little hard to find the next hole. But, my wife and I enjoyed the round. ×hen we finished we needed to use the bathrooms. Men's were dark but clean. Women's were horrible. Appeared to have not been looked at for some time. Very disappointing. This is also the first course I have ever played that didn't have a starter. We simply checked in at the bar and went out and found the first hole and began our round. Different. It worked but felt uncomfortable. Digital course screen on the cart never worked and no one served as a ranger to assist.
