At Widgi Creek Golf Club, you'll discover the most comprehensive golf, sports and fitness environment in the Northwest. Start with a full eighteen holes of championship golf that meander beneath huge pines along the rim of the dramatic Deschutes River Canyon. Add practical, hands-on tips from one of the area's finest staffs of golf professionals.
Designed by Robert Muir Graves in 1989, Widgi Creek is over 6900 yards and plays to a par of 72. The course is a challenge to every level of player. Characterized by fast undulation greens, it is considered one of the top 5 courses in the area. Golf Digest called Widgi Creek, "the sleeper in Central Oregon" and Golf Magazine called it a "must play". Widgi Creek will always be considered to be among the best maintained in the area.
After the round, relax at The Grill or shop the fully stocked pro shop. The Grill provides tasty light fair with daily specials for lunch and dinner. Both indoor and outdoor facilities are available with a marvelous expanded outdoor deck that looks out over the golf course. Exceptional banquet facilities (seating to 150) are available with specialized menus.

Good pace
Played with a nice couple. It was a bit long (grass) from teebox to Fairway on some holes!

Tara was excellent in food and beverage service. Rodney was a super starter and Ron , the marshal was pleasant; the check-in staff were efficient and. welcoming!
I recommend anyone coming to Bend, OR. play this course.
Course was in fantastic shape coupled with obtaining a great rate from GolfNow. Decided to walk the course and glad I did as it was very walkable.

Missed eagle on hole 7 by an inch. 😂 fun course if you’re willing to play smart and not hit your balls into the trees. Staff is super friendly, feels like what golf in central Oregon should be like. Cool little restaurant / bar . Driving range, starter , all good things . I’ll be back.
Widigi Creek is Fabulous
Well maintained course that I look forward to playing every year. I meet interesting people and enjoy the beauty of the Bend area very much. Highly recommend for golfers at any skill level.

Tough course in beautiful setting. Plenty of practice areas beforehand got us nicely dialed in for a good score. Would definitely recommend.
Staff
Excellent staff interaction. Especially starter Rodney who went out of his way to welcome us and took the time to introduce us to our playing twosome who we did not know.
One of our playing members used the bike as shown.
I don’t usually enjoy narrow course but I certainly enjoyed this one. Course condition matters to me and this course was in great shape. Yes it’s narrow off the tee but I was playing well and would go back in a heartbeat 10 hcp

Terrific Value and Challenging Course
This course starts tight and finishes the same way. Balls are often findable, but you have to hope for a window among the ponderosa pine jail you have put yourself in. The greens are quick and receptive, a tip of the cap to the maintenance team. The staff was very friendly and understanding. I am an 8 handicap but we had a couple newbies, and the marshals allowed us a positive experience for all. Can’t wait to play here again
