What a cool course!
Greens are excellent & staff was friendly! Inexpensive & being from Michigan loved the non flat fairways. You hit it 270 down the middle you can still expect to have feet above/below the ball! It was a beautiful course I will be back next year.
Great greens
Greens are in perfect condition either than the fact they could be the slightest but softer, but it is us open season.
Good condition, challenging layout
Dead Horse Lake is the kind of course that makes you think. You can't just hit driver off of every tee, and positioning is key to a good score. The course is in overall good shape. A couple tee boxes need some work, and it would help the speed of play if they mowed some of the "wild areas" that are not far off of some holes. The course is walkable.
The Horse!
Great track for a morning weekend round. Quick pace of play. The greens are in very good shape right now. Lack of rain recently has made the fairways hard and fast. Relitively short part 5's make this a scorer's paradise!
