Typical Small Town America Golf Course
Your run of the mill small town golf course... Decent conditions (not perfect but a little better than average), average layout, new clubhouse and pool area around 10 years ago, course is pretty scoreable, last time I played there the Bunker's were actually small pebbles instead of sand. Not the most amazing course but the best course within a 20-25 minute commute.
Good value
Average course for difficulty. Tee boxes have a lot of crab grass. Fairways are nice zoysia. Rough is a little spotty on grass. Around greens is pretty nice except for fringe has some crab grass. The greens are very nice. They hold incoming shots and roll very nicely. No water on course, so take plenty with you. No beverage cart. They have a small grill. All things said it is a good value.
