Winter Golf
I am extremely grateful to be playing in January in the Northeast. However, winter golf in the county as a resident should not cost more than $30.00. Furthermore, with all the tee boxes dug out and excavators on the course and dirt piles all over the place, some discounts should have been applies.
Jan 2nd
To be playing golf here in NJ on January 2nd is incredible. However, to pay the price for this course that is under construction in the winter is ridiculous. I know you are doing improvements to the course but with it under construction you should not be paying $50 for this track and the east course was over $70. I don't see how that can be the pricing at this time of the year.
Conditions could be better for the price
Fairways are chewed up and in rundown condition. Tee boxes appear not to have been tended to in a few days or weeks.Staff is friendly and helpful. Checking in and teeing off was seem less. However for the value, You may want to check out other places first.
This course has fallen off a cliff!!!
Course in terrible shape with the exception of a handful of greens. Pointless and very long frost delays. Clueless staff. No ranger to help with pace of play. This facility is a disaster!!!
Horrible
We waited an hour and 15 to get a cart to play. They have two courses and were randomly giving out carts to either course who had the same time. Then the round lasted hours extra because of pace of play. Not worth the price, course wasn’t even that nice.
AWFUL
This course is always a disaster. I had a 12:20 tee time and didn’t tee off til after 1:30. They had a line waiting for carts and were in no rush to get anyone out there. Absolutely awful organization, don’t waste your $75 playing this disaster of a course.
What a dump
Middlesex County, you ought to be ashamed of yourselves for this cow pasture. This place used to be nice back in the late 90s!!! Bareback fairway, uneven rough, lousy tee boxes…only think that was acceptable were the greens. You guys are clowns!!
Don’t bother playing here
If you’re looking to play here, don’t waste your money. The course is very beat up, greens are a joke and the pace of play was ridiculous for a Monday afternoon. Golf Now/the course, was charging 59 to play here with a cart. There are so many more well -maintained courses in the area to play, for the same, if not cheaper. This course is not worth the money, hassle, or the electric cart that broke down on us.
Dogleg Right
Tough Round. Normally we would have gotten a round completed in 4 hours and we would not have been drenched in rain. Unfortunately the two groups in front of us were so slow that they made molasses appear fast. Starting our round on 10, we were to finish off on the front 9. After five hours we still had three holes to play when the rain poured down. Sad because, 7, 8, and 9 appeared to be the only holes on the whole course with semi-decent grass conditions, which were pathetic in some locations on the course, especially around the greens.
On a bright note, the greens and the sand traps were in excellent condition. The electric carts were also a positive as was the friendly staff and clean restrooms. The beverage cart was around numerous times and there was adequate rain shelter areas on the course.
Slow slow play
Ranger see 3 groups on the tenth tee and does nothing what else can I say
