Farmstead Golf & Country Club - Lakeview/Clubview Course

About
Water comes into play on six holes on the Lakeview nine at the 27-hole Farmstead Golf & Country Club, which is located in northwest New Jersey approximately an hour from New York City. None is more challenging than the closing hole, a very short -- but very intimidating -- par 3 over water. The Byron Phoebus design opened in 1965.

Excellent!!
Terrific course and tremendous value highly recommended staff is very friendly as well
Hidden Gem
Excellent course and fun to play-water holes are tough! Par 3's are awesome.
One of my favorites!
Great course, even better conditions
Being that it was raining on and off a lot this week and that it’s early in the season, the conditions were fantastic. Better than any other courses I’ve played this year thus far. Fairways were in great shape, the greens rolled true and relatively fast. The only thing is that a few of the tee boxes need to be leveled out. Place has great value for $77. We got lucky with it not being crowded today. Normally it’s impossible to get on here with how popular it is. I will be back
Nice course; water an added challenge.
Early in season. Conditions ok for time of year. Will be more fun when everything is in season.
Interesting layout with some real challenges
Course in ok shape but it is still early so I wasn’t expecting perfection. Nice set up and friendly staff.
Full round
If you want people off by 730 make sure your Marshalls have pace of play monitored and don’t offer late tee times. You are more worried about getting people off than letting them enjoy the round.
For the end of December course was in great shape, fun day.
Nice day
Course was in great shape got teamed up with 3 guys and had a nice round. Farmstead never really disappoints and pace was 4 hours which I can live with.
