Westwood Golf
This was the first time that I played Westwood. I was impressed with the condition of the course and the challenges that it brought.
Yardage markers
Cant understand why there are no yardage markers....it makes the pace so much faster and decisions that much easier course was in ok condition some tees where pretty bad.
Another Monday at Westwood
Beautiful day with light breezes. The course was in good condition but I think it could have been a little better. I give them great marks for having sand in the bunkers except not everyone rakes their footprints as I found out. No cart service but the stand was open but no restaurant option. The course had some wet areas and they looked to be working on drainage in those areas. I’m just happy that we still have a local course choice that provides a reasonable course for a reasonable price. The local alternative is very expensive for the layout. I hope we’ll be playing here more often.

The course was nice to play. A couple of tee boxes and fairways needs some tlc.

Another round here at Westwood. Always seem to have a friendly staff, and the cut rate price for 18 holes was amazing!

Greens are great very challenging conditions are very good
Nice little course
I like the course layout. There are several challenging holes as well. Due to the fact it was February the course conditions were not the best and the greens were slow. Would have liked digit mix in the cart as well, but for February golf where it was cart path onl6, I had a very good experience.
Great day to play when calling for rain.
Westwood as usual was in excellent condition. I've been playing there since 1970 and can't remember it ever being better. We played a 4 ball in 3 hrs. Players seemed to be scared off by another bad forecast. Beautiful day it was. Afterwards we enjoy the happy hr. with great food and friendly servers. The background music is awesome playing songs from bands I saw many times in concert. Eagles, Fleetwood Mac, Grateful Dead, Allmans, Led Zep.
Greens are terrible
The overall course is beautiful, it plays nice, the greens are another story, extremely fast, putts done stop, wedges done drop, they are like this in April or July. Leave a little grass on them to make it putter friendly.
