The title says it all! waiting for new ownership. current establishment not living up to par. course could be one of the areas finest with the right owner.

Good value for the money
Wide open fairways and nice scenery on the back 9 along the river. Very decent rates, especially for beginner golfers. Canadian dollar is at par on occasion. If it were at par on a regular basis, it would be worth playing on a regular basis.

Course Layout
I agree. Twin Brooks was a very decent course 30 years ago, but has deteriorated severely in recent years. Needs major mainenance, especially the greens!
