Hickory Hill Golf Course

Love Hickory Hills. So close to home. Only 10 minutes from my home.🏡

Hole number 16 should be a par five , according to everyone I played with. Played on previous Saturday and all tee boxes were back. All pin placements were ridiculous. You’d think they’d want to speed up play on the weekend. Other than that , a beautiful course and very friendly staff. Will go back soon, probably not on the weekend though.

Course is in really good shape except for a few tee boxes. Very firm greens and fairways due to lack of rain. Paid $56 with cart via golf now. Good value. Challenging course with lots of elevation changes.

Fall golfing definitely try here

This was a fun visit! Came up from the city on a really nice autumnal day. Course was mostly in good shape (the ONLY quibble I have is the bunkers having way too many rocks in them). The layout is fun, there are some spectacular elevation changes and strategic decisions.

Layout wise, shorter hitters can struggle, especially new golfers. There are a couple of forced carries over water, and holes where distance to the start of the fairway is a bit long even from the front tees. I prefer to see courses place a frontmost tee to bypass water and easily reach fairways. Minor details, though. This is a fun place and happy we took the trip up there. Definitely hope to be back. Shout out to Carol in the cafe who was a joy to talk to!

The golf was great and the weather was beautiful. The course was pirated a week before so the greens were a little bumpy. Could not make a put until 17. But what a great day with my friends on the golf course. I will be back to Hickory Hills.

Beautiful track set in the Hudson Valley is a great place to play in early October. Despite the recent aeration of the greens, the course was in great shape. One shortfall across every hole was the condition of the bunkers. The "sand" was closer to construction dirt with too many rocks. This was in stark contrast with the rest of the course, which was very well kept. Friendly staff made it a terrific round of golf despite the poor quality of my play. :-)

the course was in nice shape, they have an irons only driving range, and the food was quite good. I left my personal bag (wallet keys...) in the house at the turn, and the ranger found me on the course and returned it to me. the staff was overwhelmingly nice, and the course was in great shape despite the wet weather. Ill be going back!

HH is a decent course and will test your ability to deal with blind shots and those annoying moundy bounces. Great condition for a muni, but being a muni comes with slow play. Starter was also disorgainzed with no direction given to the groups on who they're paired with or when to go up to the 1st tee.. Instead, the starter is yells at people for parking in what he calls "bad" places. All could be avoided if the starter did his job properly

Courses in great shape. The greens are in great shape. Staff is friendly cart. Girls are pretty all good.
