Dry but fun
course was dry, but fun to play. Club House workers very helpful
Good Value
This course is in a community. The layout was fair and some holes were challenging. The course was in average condition for a southern course. Tees needed to be rolled and seeded. Fairways were a bit dry and greens were hard and bump. But this was a great course for the value. Especially if you are wanting to work on your game. Staff was very friendly and amenities had a variety of drinks and food. The pace of play during this particular day was perfect.
Great day
Really enjoyed o fast paced round while traveling North from Fl. Beautiful layout. Greens a little slow. Great scenery and mimes on property
Challenge but fair for first time playing here would come back for sure!!
Baywood great Friday Mid day ply
Easy going course, #17 is awesome. not crowded at all.
Pleasantly Surprised
First time playing the course - I was pleasantly surprised! The course “appeared” simple but was challenging enough to be fun. Great value for the money, will play again and definitely recommend to others.
Super friendly staff ( especially Tyler)
Loved the course layout ! Loved the value and the staff was tremendous !
Highly recommend. The only thing I would say is some of the greens could be a little better , but it’s winter and they’ve been working on them to get them better from what I was told . Be ready for water hazards if you play here too ( 13/18 holes have water !) …
Overall 4 stars … maybe 4.25 at least for the value / layout/ super staff ! I will play here again !
Another good time at Baywood!
I love playing Baywood. The price to play is one of the best in the area and everyone has always been very friendly from those that work to those that play. The time I played this week was wet and windy but you cant be picky when playing in January in NC. The pace of play was great. Now I have had concerns with pace of play here before, tee times are managed with a marshal and can be very slow at times. That and the greens are really the only drawback at this course. I would give it 5 stars otherwise.
It's nice
It's really a nice course. The greens could use some love and the score cards could stop looking like a pizza menu. But it's a $15-$20 course and it's good.
