Got to the course at 10:30, 10 cars in the lot on a beautiful day. Thought this can't be good. Course is in horrible condition. No grass to speak of. Greens sanded, slow, putt like astroturf. Layout is decent, lots of big sand bunkers. This course made me angry. Wished I'd have played elsewhere. Will not return.

It was wet, cart path only. Course was in good shape considering. Played 18 in less than 4 hrs.

Back nine has a lot of character. Staff was great. Unfortunately, the course is in rough condition. Drought has been hard on this course. Lots of bare fairway spots. Greens are in good shape although played slow. Pace was average. Would play again in a month or two if I was in the area.

Previous day central Florida had torrential rains. Couldn't tell by the conditions on Las Colinas. A perfect day. A little cold, 60's, very good pace of play. Staff is always friendly. Love this golf course.

Beautiful course. Staff was very friendly. Starter was very informative. This course is designed with the terrain complimenting the surroundings. This course makes you work for your score. Challenging yet player friendly. Greens were fast but receptive. Reminiscent of a Kentucky state park course, with lots of elevation changes. Forced carries. In great condition from tees to Greens.

A true pleasure all around. From check in, to the starter, to the young lady working the food and beverage area, friendliness from all employees exceeded expectations. Nice practice area, with driving range, putting and chipping greens. The course is challenging yet playable for golfers of all levels. Lots of sand bunkers. Few water hazards. Fairway are in as good a shape as you will find on any course for this time of year. Tees were in great shape. The greens are big and undulating, very puttable, not too fast but not slow. This exceptional course is a must play.

Great layout. A few holes with elevation changes. Greens were in good shape. Tee boxes were a little hard. Fairways many bare spots. Lots of mud. Shoes covered with mud and spikes were caked with mud. Would play again when the course when it has time to heal.

The old Cookeville Country Club. Small uninteresting greens, which happens to be the only bright spot about this course, because they play on the fast side.. The tee boxes are hard, barley any grass. Fairways are bare of any green grass. Flat course with no character. Not worth anywhere near the $25 paid. It's a $12 course at best. Would not recommend this course.

Course is in great shape. Pace was great. Twosome played in about 3 1\2 hrs. Saw some deer in the afternoon. Beautiful place for a beautiful Course.

We got rained out after 8 holes. Gave us rain checks. The greens are coming back from aeration...about 80%. A lot of leaves and debris on the greens. Fairways and tee boxes perfect. Staff is very pleasant. Secluded and out of the way course, well worth the drive. Very scenic. A few deer around just before sunset.

Fairways are perfect, tee boxes are great, greens are bumpy from being punched 10 days ago. Pase was as expected for a Thursday afternoon. A large group of 20 guys playing a scramble in front of us. Good news was they had already played 18 and were on a 9 hole replay. So after the front 9, things opened up and we sailed through the back 9. Greens will take a few weeks to heal. Still a great day, weather was perfect.

The early fall weather is perfect. Course is as challenging as you'll find anywhere in Kentucky. They will be aerating greens end of September, best to call ahead of time before making tee time.

Dale Hollow is in excellent shape. Unseasonably cool weather for Aug. Perfectly manicured greens, Fairways. 5 sets of tee boxes are in great shape. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Course is in good shape. Greens are great but slow as usual. Played on a Fri afternoon, not as busy as I'd expected. Pace was ok. Not great... played as a twosome in just over 4 hrs. No complaints here.

5 sets of tee boxes are in great shape, as are the greens. Fairways are 80%...give them 2-3 weeks and should be up to par. Just a few shots where the excesive rains have made them a little bit sparse. But winter rules apply and a little roll should be fine. Sand traps are getting better but still many that are unplayable and allow for a free drop. All in all, a great day. Kentucky weather is near perfect this time of yr. A very challenging course. 1st timers should bring plenty of balls as many holes with drop-off OB if not in the Fairways.
