Played on a society day and really enjoyed the course.

The course is tricky enough, with some hidden dips that make the holes seem deceivingly short! That being said the par 5's are relatively short so plenty of opportunity to score low.

The greens are in great nick. Although they were very fast, I felt like I was playing the US Open!

The clubhouse is something else, with superb food and selection of drink. But the view is spectacular!

Definitely recommend this course!

What a great course!

A tricky but definitely a course you can score well on. The Par 3 third hole, is absolutely stunning and quite rightly the signature hole.

The welcome from the Pro was friendly and as I was playing by myself, he introduced me to the Lady Captain who welcomed me to play with her (such a lovely woman and helped with the local knowledge).

Every hole presents something different, I honestly don't think there is a bad one. It's been 25 years in the making and it's absolutely superb.

If you're in the area definitely check this place out!

It's a great course that has plenty to offer all level golfers.

The 2nd hole is a tight narrow fairway surrounded by trees - very tricky to navigate. There are some long and wide par 4 and 5's with no elevation, so if you drive long, you could score well. I think the 7th is a dog-leg right par 4, aim over the trees and it's a drive-able green.

Great condition and well looked after. The food is absolutely fantastic so be sure to grab some grub afterwards.

Played the course early morning, tee time was at 8:22am but the Pro Shop wasn’t open, so couldn’t get any refreshments before my round. Managed to play with 2 members going out just before me, so it was great to have the local knowledge and they were good craic!

The course is a great challenge - with some very steep hills to contend with throughout. It is very well maintained, reminds me of a resort course you’d find in Florida (without the blazing hot sun).

Greens had just been spiked and sanded, so they weren’t running (which severely hampered the ability to score).

The 17th is a blind uphill tee shot. If you hit it clean enough over the summit there’s a good chance of driving the green and it’s a steep drop on the other side (and it’s a par 4).

The 18th is equally nice with an elevated tee, descending all the way to the green.

What a course! Absolutely amazing from start to finish. The views are spectacular, and I believe you can see the coast from every tee and green - truly a wonder to be hold!

Some very daunting holes, including the first and the par 3 second. We had to contend with the wind which made it very interesting. Very scorable course that is full of challenge, and stunning views.

Staff were very friendly and the meal afterwards was very tasty. The clubhouse is steeped in history so definitely check it out.

An absolute gem that I cannot wait to play again!
