Great value, fun place to play. Very interesting layout. Lots of challenging shots. Greensbare coming back but still way too many bare spots...needs sod or seed. That said they putted reasonably well. My guest said it was one of the most fun courses he'd ever played.

This is an old muni and does itself proud with a terrific fun layout, plenty of demanding shots, and greens that while imperfect, are puttable and fun.

Fun course...very playable condition...great value!

I found the little course at St. Augustine a clever design, plenty of holes with character and shot making required. But it also has to wind through a tiresome housing tract and is quite confusing as it traverses two neighborhoods...wouldn't want to try to walk it!

One of my top 5 courses and I've played all over the world.
The views are spectacular, trade winds so much fun, layout imagination is second to none and the architect gives you room to negotiate the tricky wind and incredible hills you will encounter. Hit it long and straight and you can score well...get a little off on either and be ready to simply enjoy an incredible piece of God's creation and stop counting strokes. FANTASTIC!!

Excellent layout. Grass is thin and a little muddy. Greens very good.

Old South has been designed by a man with an incredible eye for shot value blended with what nature has proudly given.
The course winds through marshland and oak trees and demands precision shot making, but rewards good golf with good scoring opportunities on generous greens. The greens are in great shape and put true, but have lots of contour and are difficult to read.
One of the most enjoyable places I've found to play in this area.
Will be a repeat customer for years to come.
