Nice course
Well-maintained community course. New carts are very plush. Course was in good condition and pace was fast due to the extreme heat keeping use fairly low.
Great time with my boys,
This is a great little course, and what they say about the golf carts is true.
Well worth the time and money, when they say narrow course, its not that narrow if you play your shots right, I think they say that because of the water hazzards.
False Advertising
Half the holes were “cart path only”; this information should have been listed along with the price!
Great course!
This course was very well maintained. The greens are like a sponge. Very friendly staff we will play here again.
Thanks
Great course
What a course in excellent conditions greens are fantastic
safe choice
Average layout in generally good shape.
Got stuck behind two slow groups. No rangers.
Nice Course, some trouble
The fairways & rough were very good, 3 greens had some damage (blight or bare areas and I thought the speed was inconsistent. As a twosome we found it a little slow especially on the back nine about 2.5 hours and we gave up after the tee shots on 18 as the group in front was having trouble.
Great condition.
Not the most challenging course, but great condition and the greens rolled true. Very glad I went out of my way to playing this course.
My Honest Review
No driving range. Small practice green and crowded on the green. Rude, fellow, golfer on the practice green. No practice bunker. Sand traps on the course were hard like clay. A slow group was in front of me on the course. I skipped ahead, and a marshall came and met with me on the course. I don't want to go back to this course. Not much fun. On the positive, water was available on the course, and some good wildlife was on the course. I saw a raccoon. And putting greens were in pretty good condition on the course. Also, a worker in the pro shop was helpful and efficient. There were some positives, but I prefer to stay away from this course and golf elsewhere.
Nice course but ranger needs some tact
Timber Greens is a nice course in great shape. No complaints with the course or conditions.
I did encounter a ranger who was what I would call 'ill-mannered", severely lacking social interaction skills. At Pro shop I was told i would be playing with 3 others but they had not checked in. Guy in Pro Shop says go load up and putt some on the practice green until they arrive, which I did. I notice 3 guys teeing off in 2 carts at my tee time. I asked what their time was and it was mine as well so we made it a foursome. On the third hole tee box a "ranger" pulled up and asked me sternly "Explain why you have 3 carts?" Only 2 carts are allowed per hole per Mr. Ranger. If the course had a starter maybe they would have sent us in 2 but here we are in 3 carts and he makes it out like it's a felony. So I volunteered to just play by myself. Mr. Ranger then drove 100 yards away and watched to make sure we split up. Played by myself until ironically a twosome rescued my battery dying cart on 17 tee and pushed my cart (#9) up the hill after the tunnel. This review would have been 5 Stars had it not been for some guy who obviously was enjoying a little power trip. Lighten up buddy the course was practically empty. At this time I'm not sure I'll return as there are many other courses in the area where the staff is friendly and courteous.

Best course conditions and greens a Must course to play
Timber Greens
Saw this course on Golfnow.com and booked a Hot Deal. First time playing this course (6 miles from my house) and I don't know how I missed this golf club in the past. The who golf course shows pride by the staff in it's maintenance. Greens were very nice, fairways nice. No complaints. It is not a long track and was a pleasure to play. i pulled my driver on 1 par five otherwise my three wood was plenty of length to be in position to hit the green. Well worth playing you won't be disappointed..
Really nice course
I will play this course again.
From tee to green the course is in perfect condition.
We played from the whites and on most holes there is no need for a driver. Smart play will lead to a good score.
The staff is friendly and the burgers at The 19th Hole were great.
Timber Greens
A narrow shortish golf course still plays fairly tough because of all the water and trees. Good turf conditions all the way around make this course worth checking out...
